Good Morning Smoothie, an energising glass to wake you up filled with vitamin C!

We took a long walk with Bella on the ice and for breakfast made this kiwi dream with lots of vitamins! The kiwi also adds a great crunch to the juice.

Ingredients (makes 2 large glasses or 4 small ones)

  • 6-8 Kiwis
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Orange
  • 200 g Quark or Greek yogurt
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Grated Ginger

Mix together in a food processor & enjoy a chilled fruit smoothie!
