Avocado Salad



  • 3 Avocados
  • Feta cheese
  • Mixed Green Leaves
  • Toasted Nuts
  • 1 Lemon Zest
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Flat Leaf Parsley
  • Black Pepper/ Salt

Mix in all the ingredients, leave the avocados halved and rip the feta with your hands. Sprinkle lemon zest and lots of parsley to add additional flavour. Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar to your liking. Toast a mixture of nuts with a pinch of salt and add in some tasty crunch.
