Ostuni Tip: Minimalist cozy atmosphere with great aperitifs in the heart of the city
We stumbled upon Riccardo Caffé while exploring the old town before dinner. The ancient stone walls are simply gorgeous where the inviting bright red pelargons lead us through labyrinth pathways to a row of steep stairs that overflow with bean bags and relaxing lounge music in the background. It was an unexpected but pleasant site in such a rustic and historic town. The colour splashes were eye-catching against the whitewashed walls bringing a trendy and modern vibe to this magical place. We thought it was a great fashionable place that spills into the narrow streets ideal for a chillout evening to enjoy cocktails in a unique atmosphere. The interior stems from a 13th century flour mill, where its owner Riccardo dug deeper to create cave like rooms for an intimate party setting.
