Gherkins straight from the garden and freshly picked berries from the forest.  I made a very light lunch from these incorporating avocados, spring onions and basil. I topped this with toasted walnuts and a drizzle of avocado oil and fresh black pepper. These delicate summer flavours are at their best, just been picked, no preservatives … as organic as it gets.
