Fruit Oatmeal Smoothie


My breakfast for today is a fruit based oatmeal smoothie that I am sipping on as I write this post. The oatmeal flakes make the smoothie pleasantly filling giving an added crunch as do the seeds. This drink has numerous vitamines and is a good way to start the day. So, mix all ingredients together and enjoy a healthy breakfast.



  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Blood Orange
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp linseeds & sunflower seeds
  • 1 Banana
  • 3 tbsp Bulgarian yogurt
  • Pinch of finger Salt

  2. yes and it tastes delicious =) My favourite smoothie has avocado in it- it tastes divine and is so good for you! I checked out your blog- frozen grapes.. I’ve heard about that, now I have to try it!
