My breakfast for today is a fruit based oatmeal smoothie that I am sipping on as I write this post. The oatmeal flakes make the smoothie pleasantly filling giving an added crunch as do the seeds. This drink has numerous vitamines and is a good way to start the day. So, mix all ingredients together and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 Oranges
- 1 Blood Orange
- 2 tbsp oatmeal
- 2 tbsp linseeds & sunflower seeds
- 1 Banana
- 3 tbsp Bulgarian yogurt
- Pinch of finger Salt

yes and it tastes delicious =) My favourite smoothie has avocado in it- it tastes divine and is so good for you! I checked out your blog- frozen grapes.. I’ve heard about that, now I have to try it!
