For all you watermelon lovers out there, this one is for you! Here you have all the ingredients for a fast fresh appetizer that looks rather beautiful. The juicy sweet melon works together with the salty creamy cheese while the nuts add an earthy flavour and that needed crunch.

To prepare, cut large cubes of water melon and sprinkle some blue cheese, toasted nuts, black pepper and herbs of choice. I enjoyed mine in the sunshine while reading interior magazines! This page got my inspirations flowing…
