Good Morning Darlings!
A glass of natural antioxidants and vitamin C. This cabbage based smoothie has a spicy kick to it because of the bitter flavour it provides. The banana, orange and avocado give a wonderfully sweet taste in contrast that complements the otherwise peppery taste. You can play around with the consistency with the amount of water or greek yogurt added into the mixture. I garnished the smoothie with healthy seeds and grated ginger as this gave additional freshness. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy this healthy, low-calorie fruit and vegetable smoothie. The colour is a sophisticated pale mint and the consistency is smooth and creamy. Delish!
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Orange
- 1 Avocado
- 1-2 Handfuls of Cabbage
- Handful of Cucumber
- Arugula
- 2-3 tbsp Cold Water (depending on the consistency)
- 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
- Pinch of Finger Salt
Garnish: Grated ginger with Arugula and seeds
