Those who don´t believe in magic, will never find it.
Mr. N and I decided on a spontanous day trip to the magical Porvoo Old town, a must place to visit at least once a summer. The day was idyllic and romantic, we walked along the still canal, sat in cafes and did a little shopping in the cute little stores. I finally found the perfect rustic white chopping boards that will function as serving platters during dinner parties. I have been looking for these for ever, so I’m super happy! The day was incredible warm, the beautiful bells were ringing and we stopped to watch happy newlyweds walk out of the gingerbread style church. The town screams romance and you cannot help to hold hands and give each other little kisses as the cobbled pathways give your feet a relaxing massage. This humble town makes you slow down and enjoy it’s every little detail.
I wore a white lace dress that also has a sense of romance and softness to it. The detailed floral long sleeves are delicately feminine and visibly beautiful. Lace is transformative yet elegant and speaks for itself quite effortlessly. White lace and embroideries are definitely a favourite of mine and it complements colourful accessories very well. I’m wearing a mixture of gold, white and silver jewelry, coral nails and a neon bag. I feel this dress reflects the feeling of the old town, a simple and modest beauty that never fades.
I love this outfit. I miss European fashion, it’s a lot more fun and colorful.
Thank you sweets!
