Good Morning!

Time to kill that flu! This smoothie helps boost the immune system to keep the cold away. It has lots of vitamins (C & D) and antioxidants with nutritional benefits. To make it more filling and vitamin A effective, you can add a handful of nuts/seeds or oatmeal into the blend. Lemon, ginger and honey are the key factors to keep the flu away!


  • 1 Orange
  • 2-3 Plums
  • 1 Banana
  • Grated Ginger
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Honey
  • 3-4 tbsp of Greek Yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2- 1 Lemon Juice

Blend all the ingredients together (minus the lemon) to get a delicious anti-flue smoothie. Add the juices of a lemon in the end.
