Good Morning darling readers, it’s time to start the weekend with an energizing boost! Could this smoothie be the fountain of youth? I say yes, because I know it’s full of rich antioxidants and vitamins C, E, and A. I’m done with the smoothie and now I’m off to a spinning class, let friday begin!

Those of you on instagram may already know this, but yesterday I stocked my kitchen with all kinds of superfood delights that I will be adding into my regular morning smoothies. I’m a total vitamin junkie and these kind of things make my day as I believe in their effects! This gorgeous deep red liquid is a glass of all things good. Frozen blueberries picked last summer from our countryside and a teaspoon of goji powder for additional nutrients. It is so healthy with its powerful antioxidants and other vitamin compounds. Logically speaking, this drink will do good for the body inside and out, especially for the skin and thus have a positive anti-aging effect.

Ingredients

  • Large Handful of Blueberries
  • Teaspoon of Goji Berry Powder
  • 3 tablespoons of Quark
  • Drizzle of Almond Milk or Water

-Top it off with more blueberries
