I open my eyes at 6 am to see the sun rising from my window. The birds are chirping outside and I tiptoe to the kitchen to make myself a cup of green tea. I have a free day today that I am so happy about this after last weeks hectic schedule, so I’ve planned to organize and spring clean! As the weather is so good, Mr. N and I will also go for a long walk and spend as much time outdoors! My day began with this green smoothie that has a real kick to it. I’ve been having a bit of a cough and a sore throat so I’ve pumped up the amount of ginger and lemon that gives the smoothie some proper heat! This tastes absolutely delicious and is the best way to start a brand new week! Have a good one lovely readers xx
- A large chunk of Ginger
- 1 celery
- 2 Kiwi’s
- Grape Fruit
- Handful of Spinach Leaves
- 100 g Quark
- A Pinch of Salt
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
Garnish with slices of kiwi, lingonberry and granola

- Iso pala Inkivääriä
- 1/2 Sitruunan Mehu
- 2 Kiwiä
- 1 Selleri
- 1 Greippi
- Kourallinen Pinaatin lehtiä
- 100 g Maitorahkaa
- Ripaus Sormisuolaa
- 1 Banaani
