Sunday Morning Moment. Early morning, a cup of clippers white tea and the latest issue of vogue. I’m intrigued by the article of Nigella Lawson, so I’m jumping back into bed with my luscious vibrant smoothie. I’ve made a healthy green bowl that happens to be one of my favourites! The flavour is absolutly delicious and amazing, something you have to try! I love paksoi, it is such a rich source of many vital nutrients, vitamins (especially K & C) , minerals and health-benefiting anti-oxidants. Have a sweet Sunday!

  • Paksoi leaves (aka bok choy)
  • Banana
  • Quark
  • Mango
  • Avocado
  • Ginger
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • Kiwi
  • Pinch of Salt

Garnish with chopped avocado, mango, banana, lingonberry & cashew nuts
