The Edible Violet


…. Stressed spelled backwards is desserts. Coincidence? I think not!

For my birthday, P. made such a delicious cheese cake that rounded the feast perfectly! She decorated the cake with beautiful yellow and white violets from their garden. Edible flowers are a great idea for garnishing salads or desserts or simply adding it to a cup of tea. Violets have a light “herb” flavour to them adding a fresh flavour and an elegant look.
