Sweet & Bitter fresh from the ground!

I decided to share a delicious smoothie from some seasonal rhubarb! We got these beauties from M&P’s summer place straight from the bush itself. We are leaving there again today to celebrate midsummer with them. *Excited!* To make this cup of sweetness, you begin by pealing the skin of the rhubarb. The easiest way to do this is to chop both ends and slice all sides with a sharp knife. Chop the rhubarb and place into a blender. Add some lime, kiwi, banana and an orange. Add thick turkish yogurt, a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Blend together! Garnish with basil and more cinnamon!
