Good Morning! I’ve made a vitamin boost smoothie for breakfast to start the day! You need 3 large handfuls of lingonberry that is blended into quark/ Bulgarian yogurt with a pinch of salt. On top I added more lingonberry, toasted flaxseed and a powder mixture of maca, goji, raw cocao, lucuma and pollen. Have a fabulous day xxx
