December is here and it is time to bring a little Christmas spirit home. The ground is lovely and frozen today and it feels a bit more like winter now. White hyacinths are my favourite Christmas flowers and I think they are prettiest when they are small and not in bloom. We took a forest walk the other day and I took some additional material from there that I can use throughout December. I took a bit of moss, lingonberry and juniper branches that I can use in my tables settings, make wreaths and flower arrangements. I like my Christmas to look quite minimalistic and the style is very Scandinavian and harmonic. A lot of soft colours, pale wood and material (spruce twigs, pine cones) used from nature.
