Broccoli Ginger Juice


Morning Sweeties!

My Friday began with a zingy green blast of goodness! These days, I’ve substituted fruit smoothies into vegetable based juices/shots to avoid the high sugar content from all the fruit. I love to use dark green vegetables like spinach, kale, celery and paksoi that are great for detoxification.

To this juice I’ve added broccoli, a bit of water, ginger and thyme. Broccoli is packed with vitamins (C) and it’s a great way to use the stems. I’ve used lots of immune boosting ginger, including the skin that is full of goodness. Hope you all have a fabulous day! xxx
