‘A love for green juices’ is the way to a healthy lifestyle that effects your mind and body in so many positive ways. Eating correctly can help relieve tiredness, headaches, stress etc. giving you a boost of general goodness. It is quite logical and simple really, what you put in your body makes all the difference in the world. Essentially, you are what you eat so if you consume a lot of sugar, additives and saturated fats, you can’t even expect to feel good in the long run?!

This cleansing green juice is made to rejuvenate your body with all its healthy nutrients. Packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory nutrients, vitamins and flavonoids, you instantly feel better with a new spark in your eyes and a glow on your skin. I cannot stress the importance of eating raw greens and vegetables, as it nourishes your body with much-needed vitamins, that is why a juice is the perfect easy solution. How to make? Blend together …

  • 2 lemons
  • 1 lime
  • Large handful of kale
  • Cup of baby spinach leaves
  • About 3 cups water
  • Garnish with lemon zest and herbs of choice ( I used basil)
