green kale smoothie (1 of 1)

The more we drink green smoothie, the better we feel.

Well, right after this delicious green smoothie, our blender decided to die on us and now I feel so lost and helpless without it. We haven’t had time to buy a new one so my daily juices and smoothies are on hold. Now that I don’t have a blender at use, I realize how much I love making healthy juices and have become a part of my everyday life. I’m not happy about this because I love to take green juices to work with me as they are the best quick snack! I need to buy a new blender asap!  I’ve also noticed that drinking green smoothies gives you that needed energy and nutrients we may not get on a daily basis as we are living in a busy past pace environment. Green juices are a fabulous supplement to a healthy lifestyle.

Anyways, this power smoothie will fuel your body right as this green delight is made from kale and baby spinach leaves. Not only will this green smoothie win you over with its taste, but it will  make you feel better as you are sipping in all the health benefits. I’ve been drinking these smoothies for the past 3 days and voilá my flu is gone and I’m feeling much better.

How to make it?
  • Handful Kale
  • Handful Baby Spinach Leaves
  • Large chunk Ginger
  • 200 g Quark
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Orange
  • Garnish: Chia Seeds/ Oregano

For this smoothie, you need to blend the kale, ginger, baby spinach leaves, a ripe banana, some quark and 1 orange. Top it with chia seeds and oregano leaves. What a classic beauty.
