Good morning darlings!
Hopefully everyone had a wonderful relaxing Easter surrounded with delicious food, family and friends. Even though I was working quite a lot, Mr. N and I made the most of Easter at home. Easter morning I made us a simple greek yogurt strawberry breakfast that is easy to make and tastes too good!
On the bottom layer of each glass, there is a mixture of crushed strawberries, honey and a bit of clementine juice. Th middle layer is an extremely thick Greek yogurt that barely has any liquid in it and is so thick creamy in texture. Then I added more chopped strawberries, coconut flakes and clementine zest. This little treat glass works well as a snack or even a healthy dessert. You could add some toasted nuts/muesli to the mixture for a bit of salty crunch.
ps. I think these white flowers with some pussy willows is the perfect flower arrangement for Easter time, it is delicate and effortless beautiful without too much hassle.

Excellent!!
Love that! I’ve been on a smoothie kick lately, but sometimes there’s nothing better than good, natural fruit.
Glad you had a great Easter!
Looks great and the photos are so pretty.
Thank you julie! Xx
