As I sit in the narrow ally enjoying a glass of rosé and local cold cuts & cheese, I could only sigh at the beautiful buildings around me that are so full of character. These walls have seen it all and have soaked in generations of history and culture giving each piece of architecture ounces of respect. Rome is a story and it’s presence feels mystical yet charming, once you step away from the main paths. I could sit here all afternoon gazing at the elegant large windows and overgrown vines, breathing in the history that is bursting to come out. “Per favore vorrei ancora del vino” -one more wine please!!
