♥ Iced Coffee

On a hot summer day, this iced coffee will be your new morning breeze. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but for some reason I really adore iced coffee. This is made from a vanilla espresso with almond milk and a subtle cinnamon hint in the background, it makes a great refreshing drink. You can sweeten it according to your liking by adding a splash of honey or brown sugar into the mix, however I like it sugar-free as the almond milk gives enough sweetness. If you are picky about your coffee, to make this recipe absolutely perfect, instead of using hot coffee, you make a cold-brewed coffee and chill it over night in the fridge. The flavour is stronger, a bit more delicate with a less bitter finish. This way the coffee is not diluted from the ice. However, I am not so picky and this quick recipe makes a divine alternative! Have a lovely day darlings!

  1. Espresso (vanilla flavour)
  2. Almond milk
  3. pinch or two of cinnamon
  4. Ice Cubes
