December 7th- Monday booster
After a festive weekend, this vitamin boosting detox juice is the best way to start a monday morning. It contains 1 1/2 juice of lemon, 2 tablespoons of grated ginger, 2 teaspoons organic honey and a cup of cold water. You can blend the sweetness with the amount of honey and the juice is great either warm or cold. I topped it off with fresh mint leaves. It makes a great comforting evening tea by the fireplace ā„
