Craving for some greens
After all this Christmas feasting, a basic green smoothie was in order for today! I’ve noticed that after such heavy salty foods, I’m craving for freshness, green leaves and detoxing juices. This velvety smoothie contains avocado, kale, lemon, ginger and quark. I’ve added pomegranate on top along with a mixture of sesame/flax seeds and dried blueberries. Delicious, healthy and exactly what I needed!
