With the sunshine pouring through our bedroom window and the seagulls screeching in the sunny spring sky, I enjoyed a calm morning with a goddess green smoothie. Mr. N is at work and I took this time to pause, to make space and to collect my thoughts, to breathe and read a magazine as the weekend begun. This nutritious green bowl is a delicious fresh way to start the day with all the green leaves and vitamins in it. Have a wonderful weekend, I will be spending most of it outdoors!
Ingredients for green smoothie
Blend until soft and frothy, garnish with mint leaves and hemp seeds
