Hydration is key.
The 1st of May festivities were so much fun, the weather was so sunny, we brunched, laughed and danced all night long till early hours! Now I’ve decided to do a 21 day detox avoiding sugar, alcohol focusing mainly on protein and vegetables to get in summer shape.. well more like wedding shape! I’m trying at avoid carbs and dairy as well, but this fluctuates depending on my schedule and on the amount of sports I do. I generally have rye bread in the morning and avoid carbs late in the evening. Anyways, infused waters/ sparkling waters are a great additive for the day, at the moment my favourite is a blend of blueberry, mint and lemon. Let this be a healthy kick-start to May! Who’s with me?!
This looks delicious! I’ve been sick for the past week:/ Im kind of wishing I had done a detox before so I could have avoided this whole thing in the first place. But I can start being healthier now 🙂 I’ll have to try this infused water and I ove the presentation btw!! Its truly beautiful.

Well I also wish I had doen detox before to get into summer shape or more like shape for our wedding :D! hehe but it’s never too late to start! Ps- the sparkling water is delicious! xxx
