Scandi Seafood

Nordic flavours. Last nights evening snack was a mixture of Scandinavian seafood that I picked up from the morning market. There was a bit of smoked fish, shrimps and gravlax with black and red pepper along with lemon and dill. I quickly fried the shrimps with garlic, butter and sage that gave a tasty flavour and chopped fresh parsley on top. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
