This time of year is beautiful when the leaves are a golden yellow or a strong red and with every gasp of wind, a leaf is whisked away from a tree falling gently on the ground. At the moment the some of the grass is completely covered with leaves giving the ground a new reflection of light as the sun hits it. Stores are filled with a variety of pumpkins and lovely root vegetables, while mornings seem slower and cozier. This morning began with crispy wheat toast topped with avocado spread, purple cabbage and pomegranate seeds. Of course it is finalized with a little sprinkle of chili flakes, thyme, parsley and hazelnuts.
