‘Friday detoxifying juice’

This juice shot is made for autumn days to keep your immune system well, help digestion and boost your body with simple cleansing nutrients. This shot helps even out energy levels with it’s Vitamins A, B and C, helps cleanse the liver and removes mucus from the body making it a great shot if you have the flu. I use a good chunk of ginger for that heat and seasonal autumn apples that compensate the lemons acidity with their lovely sweetness.

  • Fresh Ginger (about 2cm long)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 apples
  • About 1dl cold water

Blend everything into a smooth consistency and drink immediately. This will make you a couple of shots
