Yes, here is another recipe for a nourishing green glory bowl! This one is a great way to curb a sweet tooth while also getting your daily dose of greens, I prefer it in the eveningThis bowl is tasty and immunity boosting that will energize and alkalize your body. It has a wonderful creamy texture from the oats, avocado and ripe banana and sweetness from the thick coconut milk and juicy dates. Add a dollop of honey on top if you want a touch more sweetness and even try crumbling a few pistachios for a dab of salt!

What you will need:
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Juice of Lemon
  • chunk of ginger
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup rye oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened thick coconut milk
  • 2 Juicy dates (or tbsp honey)

Blend together into a creamy paste and garnish with raspberries, blueberries, lemon balm leaves and coconut flakes.
