I cannot praise this green goodness dressing enough, it really does anything taste that much more delicious and fresh. It not only works with salads but also as a sauce for some protein, especially fish. This time I drizzled it all over a country-esq salad with oven roasted rosemary beets, smoked salmon, spinach leaves, green chili and sautéed garlic cauliflower. This combination is simple but effective, where the beautiful lush green dressing gives it some extra bounce.
Green Basil Dressing
Mix everything in a blender into a smooth consistency. Ps. sometimes I add a handful of spinach leaves to the dressing incase I don’t have enough basil and it tastes great as well!
